• Ms. Tatum has counseled clients from a variety business sectors, including:

• Prior to establishing her own practice in 2003, Ms. Tatum served as general counsel on the executive staff of three high-tech companies:
• Chips and Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ-traded semiconductor company,
• Magellan Corporation, a supplier of global positioning system products, and
• Clickmarks, Inc., a start-up provider of enterprise and wireless software solutions.
• Ms. Tatum spent the first thirteen years of her legal career as a business litigator, handling a wide variety of contract, ERISA and employment disputes, as well as antitrust and insurance matters.
• Ms. Tatum has held leadership positions in the American Bar Association and was Editor-in-Chief of one of its most widely circulated law journals.
