- Prior to establishing her own practice in 2003, Ms. Tatum served as general counsel on the executive staff of three high-tech companies:
- Chips and Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ-traded semiconductor company,
- Magellan Corporation, a supplier of global positioning system products, and
- Clickmarks, Inc., a start-up provider of enterprise and wireless software solutions.
- Ms. Tatum spent the first thirteen years of her legal career as a business litigator, handling a wide variety of contract, ERISA and employment disputes, as well as antitrust and insurance matters.
- Ms. Tatum has held leadership positions in the American Bar Association and was Editor-in-Chief of one of its most widely circulated law journals.
